Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only in cases of genuine defects or damages discovered upon receipt of the jewellery. We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind or non-defective reasons.

To initiate a refund, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at contact@rrumidiamond.co, providing your order details and photographs of the defect.

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after approval and will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that any transaction charges incurred during the refund process will be borne by the client.

Custom-designed or personalized jewellery, or jewellery that has been altered, resized, or worn, are non-refundable unless there is a defect.

2. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement without any charges.

To cancel, contact us at contact@rrumidiamond.co.

Full refunds are available if canceled within this period.

Once an order is canceled, it will be nullified, and no further processing will occur.

3. Return Process

Jewellery must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags intact.

Returns are accepted only if the product has a manufacturing defect or damage.

Initiate a return request within 7 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client, except in cases of defect or damage.

4. Shipping & Refunds

All shipments are dispatched from Dubai Port.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, with the understanding that transaction charges will be borne by the client.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges if the jewellery does not meet the above conditions.

5. Changes to Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
